• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

• By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages or phone calls from CC Freight LLC, regarding account notifications, delivery notifications, booking confirmations, status updates, online store correspondence, and general customer care. Consent is not a condition of service.  We will not contact you for telemarketing purposes.  Any communication via phone call or txt messages is strictly limited to CC Freight official business only.  Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.  Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are more than willing to work with our customers on returns or exchanges as your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  We appreciate your support, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  if you are not satisfied for any reason or your item dose not fit we are happy to exchange your item for a different size or issue a full refund for up to 14 days after delivery.  If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Items approved for return must be unused, unworne, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags or packaging.  We reserve the right to deny any return that dose not meet this criteria.  Custom or personalized, and final-sale merchandise is non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, and should contact us in writing via email at merch@cashcarsfreight.com to request refunds or exchanges.  Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.  After the returned merchandise has been received, and inspected your refund will be approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless directed otherwise by the customer . Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
